22nd Kalamata Road Race 10k
The Health Runners Association of Messinia is organizing the 22nd Kalamata 10km Road Race on Saturday, April 27, 2024. The event is dedicated to the Association of Friends of People with Disabilities (AFPD) and provides an opportunity for runners to support an important social cause.
Participants will have the option to choose from various races, including the Special Olympics 1km, the 10km road race, the power walking 10km, and the children’s race 1.5km. The event is organized in collaboration with the Regional Unit of Messinia, the Municipality of Kalamata, and is under the auspices of the Greek Federation of Popular Mass Sports Associations – Ultramarathons.
Registrations for the children’s race 1.5km and the Special Olympics race will take place at the Central Square from 10:00 to 18:00 on the day of the Race, and participation is FREE.
The certified route, approved by AIMS, guarantees official and internationally recognized performances for the runners. With an asphalt-paved, flat route along the beach, participants will enjoy a fast course with spectacular views.
