7th Agonas Limeon Megaron- Nea Peramos
The upcoming 7th Agonas Limeon Megaron- Nea Peramos will take place on April 21, 2024. The event includes routes of 18 km, 9 km, and 1000 meters for our young friends who love running events. The starting point for all routes will be at the Nea Peramos Port.
The 7th Agonas Limeon Megaron- Nea Peramos is organized by the Local Councils of the Municipal Communities of Megara and Nea Peramos, with the generous support of the Municipality of Megara.
The main goal of the event is to be a celebration of sports and physical exercise. It invites young and old to discover the joy of running events with the unique motivation of participation and a healthy lifestyle.
The Area
The coastal areas of Nea Peramos and Pachi in Megara will offer a unique experience to all who visit the area. Pachi is located in Western Attica, in the Municipality of Megara, south of Megara, near the shores of the Saronic Gulf, opposite Salamis. In the past, the ancient Megarian city of Nisaea was located in the place of Pachi. Across from Pachi is the island of Revythousa, where are located many fish taverns and cafes, which are particularly popular on weekends. To the north of Pachi is the hill of Agios Georgios, where the homonymous chapel is located. Also, the chapel of Agios Nikolaos, located in the area, is a point of interest.
