On October 23 it’s time for the 4th Aligkari run. It takes place in Megala Livadia, forest of Paikos, Paionia. The event includes four routes: 3k, 7.5k and the 14k. For the very young ones there’s also a race of 500m.
“Aligkari Run is an important sporting event for our region. We are a cohesive team with members from the local community, the municipality, the regional government, and the church. I’m looking forward to see all those runners to visit our beautiful village during the event days” says Tasos Tzikas, the President of the Organizer Committee.
